This initiative came from the desire of some of my employees to capture and share the Leadership Tips that I have shown to them as we’ve grown as a team.

These concepts are not new, actually some go back to the beginning of time. It is merely a matter of taking knowledge (what we know, or what we have learned along the way) and applying it to the real world; we are on a journey moving towards wisdom.

Together we will learn, grow, and share with others.
